		<description>During the USCCR testimony, those in favor of the Akaka Bill asserted that other claims wouldn't be possible (like Puerto Rico or Guam natives), since "Hawaiians [were] the last indigenous group" of America.

It is simply ridiculous to assert that because of someone's genetic ancestry, they should have a separate government.  Plessy v. Ferguson was wrong - there is no separate but equal.</description>
